replicate roles

To support maximo/hybrid installations roles from maximo can be replicated to insightdb.role. This can be helpfull for using insight-planner with maximo.

During login of a user the roles in maximo will be replicated to table insightdb.role. All entries for this user in insightdb.role will be replaced with the current roles from maximo.

roles.replication=true must be set in insight.properties to activate this feature.
