Indexer Checklist

Please check the following if indexer does not process changes:

  • AutomationScript ESUPDATE exists in Maximo and is set to 'Active'
  • LaunchPoints for ESUPDATE-Script are existing in Maximo
  • insight-indexer-new.war is deployed successfully
  • insight-recent-changes.war is deployed successfully
  • insight-reconciler-war is deployed successfully
  • insight.properties for indexer:
    • indexer.changereader=true or property is not set
    • indexer.recentchanges.url=http://mw:8080/insight-recent-changes/recentchanges
    • indexer.changeevents.url=http://download:8080/insight-change-events
  • Environmentvariables for insight-reconciler.war:
    • SUCCESS_QUIET_MILLIS is not set (default is1000) or set to a positive value
