Public searches

This manual describes how to define a Search on Insight Control Panel

Select a tree in Insight an set cursor in search field.

Press "Erweitert"

Press the lense-button:

and configure appropriate criterias for search

Then press "Bearbeiten" to store the search.

In "Bezeichnung" you have to enter the name of this search (here: Testsuche3)

Then press "Speichern unter".

The checkbox is active if the user has role INSIGHT_SEARCH_ADMIN

Add to Dashboard as Widget (OpenJet)

Users can add own searches and public searches to their Dashboard individually.

Additionally the Administrator can add a public search to the Dashboard by default:

  • Start “Client: Dashboard Admin”
  • Select the search in the result and configure “Berechtigungen”
