Scheduled deletion of old notifications

Notifications older than n days can be deleted automatically.

Schedule can be configured with the following properties. Default-values are shown here:

    push.delete-notifications.schedule=00:00
    push.delete-notifications.older-than-days=1

A negative value push.delete-notifications.older-than-days suppresses the scheduled deletion.
